Gamblers exclusion register

The blocking of gamblers is a cross-gambling form national instrument for the protection of gamblers and in order to combat gambling addiction.

Pursuant to § 8d (1) GlüStV 2021, the data records from the general blocking system that was created by the First State Treaty on the Amendment of the State Treaty on Gambling (OASIS GlüStV "old"), and the Hessian (OASIS HSpielhG) and Rhineland-Palatinate (OASIS LGlüG RP) blocking file for amusement arcades have been transferred to the general national cross-gambling form blocking system.

Darmstadt Regional Administration is permanently responsible for this gambler blocking system.
